According to a statement from the police, at least ten persons were killed and numerous more were hurt in stabbing attacks that happened on Sunday in 13 different places across central Canada.
The savage stabbing spree was reported in Saskatchewan’s James Smith Cree Nation and the nearby hamlet of Weldon, according to Assistant Commissioner Rhonda Blackmore of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
In the James Smith Cree Nation and the neighbouring community of Weldon, the victims were discovered in 13 different places.
Damien Sanderson and Myles Sanderson, two suspects, are wanted for questioning and are regarded as armed and dangerous.

As a large manhunt continues throughout a wide area, locals have been advised to remain indoors.
“Do not leave a secure location. Use caution allowing others into your residence,” Saskatchewan Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) tweeted.
James Smith Cree Nation, an indigenous village of around 2,000 people located about 200 miles northeast of Weldon, has declared a state of emergency.
Additional individuals have been hurt, according to Assistant Commissioner Blackmore, and 15 of them have already been sent to various hospitals.
The attacks were described as “horrific and tragic” by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who also stated that the government was actively following the situation.
