Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has opened up about the lifestyle changes behind his noticeable physical transformation and improved fitness, crediting a disciplined routine and healthier habits.
While speaking informally to the media during his visit to the United States, Bilawal said the key to his transformation was simple: cutting out unhealthy foods and staying active.
“Stop eating roti and sweets, and start exercising — you’ll see the results yourself,” he advised, sharing a glimpse into his personal health journey.
Previously, at a public event, the former foreign minister had mentioned that he had eliminated sugar and carbohydrates from his diet and committed to regular workouts to maintain his health.
Bilawal’s leaner, more energetic look has not gone unnoticed, with many on social media praising his transformation and expressing interest in his fitness regimen. His appearance in recent public engagements has sparked widespread admiration and curiosity, marking a new chapter in his public image.
