Former president Asif Ali Zardari, co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), is most likely to be moved to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for medical care.
According to sources with knowledge of the incident, a three-person medical team from the United Arab Emirates arrived in Karachi to evaluate the former president of Pakistan’s health.
The team spent more than four hours at the private hospital examining the PPP co-chairman, according to sources, who also stated that some of Zardari’s tests were conducted by the UAE medical team.

According to sources, the senior politician’s move to the UAE for further medical care was decided on the advice of the medical staff.
On September 27, former president Asif Zardari’s health deteriorated and he was rushed to a private hospital in Karachi.
Zardari has been a patient in a hospital twice this year, the most recent instance being this one.
Asif Ali Zardari, a former president, was admitted to a private hospital in Karachi in February of this year as his health deteriorated, and a situation quite similar to that one arose.
