The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) in Pakistan conducted 32 operations nationwide last week, resulting in the seizure of over 1215 kg of drugs and the arrest of 36 individuals, according to an ANF Headquarters spokesperson.
In a significant operation, the ANF successfully dismantled a drug dealer group, apprehending eight suspects. Simultaneous raids were carried out in three major cities, leading to the roundup of gang members involved in the illicit sale of CBD oil-laced vapes through online platforms.
The arrested individuals were part of an inter-provincial drug dealer group responsible for distributing vapes containing hashish oil, CBD oil, THC oil, and cigarette rolls made from the hemp plant. The operation also led to the confiscation of marijuana oil, opium, and other illegal substances disguised as natural products and medicines.

It was revealed that the accused were utilizing e-commerce platforms to facilitate drug transactions, and importing prohibited items from foreign countries through cargo companies. The ANF emphasized its commitment to enforcing government regulations and standard operating procedures for online businesses.
The ANF spokesperson issued a warning to parents, urging them to discourage the use of vaping products among teenagers. Additionally, citizens were encouraged to closely monitor their children’s activities on online shopping platforms and promptly report any suspicious behavior to law enforcement agencies.
