Pakistan is set to host the final series of matches for the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–25, as the West Indies team gears up to travel to Karachi on April 14 for eight white-ball encounters.
The action-packed series will kick off with three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) scheduled on April 18, 21, and 23 at Karachi’s National Bank Stadium (NBS) as part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–25. Following the ODI series, five thrilling T20Is will also be held at the same venue on April 26, 28, 30, May 2, and May 3.
The West Indies women’s team, currently positioned ninth in the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–25 with eight points from twelve games, is embarking on their second visit to Pakistan since 2021. Their previous trip in November 2021 saw them engage in three ODIs in Karachi.
Pakistan, on the other hand, holds the third spot in the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–25, having amassed 16 points from 18 matches. In the ICC Women’s T20I rankings, Pakistan occupies the eighth position, while the West Indies is ranked sixth.
This series will mark the fourth home series for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) within the 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship cycle. Prior visitors to Pakistan during this time include women’s cricket teams from South Africa (September 2023), Ireland (November 2022), and Sri Lanka (June 2022).
Following the conclusion of the series against the West Indies, Pakistan’s journey to England in May will mark their final series in the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–25.

With the ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 nearing its end, Pakistan aims to secure maximum points from the home matches to qualify directly for the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup.
Additionally, the T20I series against the West Indies will serve as crucial preparation for the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup later this year.
The series itinerary includes the arrival of the West Indies women’s squad in Karachi on April 14, followed by a series of thrilling matches spanning across ODIs and T20Is until May 3 at the National Bank Stadium.
