New Zealand cricket team’s tour will start from 1st T20I in Rawalpindi on April 18

LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed the itinerary for the upcoming tour of the New Zealand men’s cricket team, featuring a series of five T20 matches.

According to the announcement, the matches will take place in Lahore and Rawalpindi.

The New Zealand squad is slated to arrive in Islamabad on April 14 and will commence the series with three T20Is at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on April 18, 20, and 21.

Subsequently, both teams will head to Lahore, where they will contest the final two T20Is of the series on April 25 and 27, respectively.

All matches of the T20I series are scheduled to kick off at 7 pm, as per the cricket board’s statement.

Furthermore, the PCB mentioned that ticket prices for the series would be set at reasonable rates to ensure fans can enjoy watching their favorite players in action.

The forthcoming visit by the Blackcaps will mark their third trip to Pakistan in a span of 17 months.

Later that year, in April, they visited Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi for a series of 10 white-ball matches.

Director of International Cricket at PCB, Usman Wahla, remarked on the occasion, emphasizing the enduring camaraderie between PCB and New Zealand Cricket (NZC).
