Pakistan Rolls Out State-of-the-Art “HAIDER” Tank in Collaboration with China

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir attended the rollout ceremony of the HAIDER tank as the chief guest at Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT). The event, graced by key dignitaries, including the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China and high-ranking officials from the Chinese state company NORINCO, highlighted the strong collaboration between Pakistan and China in defense technology.

HAIDER, the latest addition to Pakistan’s armored warfare arsenal, was unveiled at the ceremony, showcasing advancements in firepower, protection, and maneuverability. The tank, a result of seamless collaboration between indigenous expertise and Chinese partnership, reinforces its position as a formidable force on the battlefield.
