Mehak Malik’s dance: Pakistan’s first most watched Mujra with 200 million+ views

Additionally, the number of the followers of her channel on YouTube has increased beyond 2 million.

ISLAMABAD: Mehak Malik is a renowned Pakistani dancer, based in Multan, southern Punjab. She is famous for her thrilling dance and earns millions of rupees in each dance performance.

The one most exciting aspect of her performance is that Mehak Malik’s video on “Qayamat Qayamat” _ a very famous Indian song, has hit over 200 million views. Hence, so far, it is the first ‘Mujra’ of a transgender (Mehak Malik) that has been watched massively with the highest-ever views in comparison with other such performances by Mehak and her competitors, including RIMAL ALI.

Additionally, the number of the followers of her channel on YouTube has increased beyond 2 million.

In this video, we can see her charismatic performance while her fans are showering currency notes on her. The whole place of her performance has been filled with currency notes lying on the ground.

A Disgusting Aspect of Mujra

In this ‘Mujra’ is disgusting thing is that all the currency notes carry pictures of the Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah while the dancer and her fans are treading over the notes, totally ignoring that they carry the images of our beloved late leader.

Instead of disgracing the images of the Founder of Pakistan, fans and performers should find alternate options for maintaining the sanctity of the Quaid-e-Azam. One option is the collection of currency notes by hand by the dancers and their helpers.

Who is MEHAK Malik?

Renowned as a TikTok sensation, content creator, and influential figure in social media, Mehak Malik stands as a notable Pakistani personality. Born on March 11th, 1995, in Kot Addu, Islamabad, Mehak initially identified as male but later embraced her true identity as a transgender individual. Departing from home, she found solace and guidance within a transgender community, where she received dancing tutelage from Sheen Jaan, a fellow transgender.

Mehak Malik’s passion for singing and dancing has been ingrained since her early years, leading her to perform at weddings and local events. Her breakthrough arrived when footage of her mesmerizing dance moves was captured at an event, swiftly becoming a sensation across various social media platforms.

Her unique dance style and captivating presence propelled her to widespread fame, earning her a revered status among her followers. Often likened to “Sapna Chaudhary of Pakistan” due to their similar dance styles, Mehak continues to captivate audiences with her performances.

What do we mean by Mujra?

Mujra is a typical Urdu word. It is used for a dance performance wherein the fans (organizers and participants) shower currency notes on the dancers. Renowned dancers are earning millions of rupees in each Mujra.

However, for many ‘professionals’, Mujra has become a business. They organize such events, make money, share it with the dancers, entertain the participants and that’s all.
