ISLAMABAD: Dr. Umar Saif, serving as the Caretaker Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, spearheaded Pakistan’s inaugural IT delegation visit to Qatar.
The primary goal was to tap into the abundant potential of the region, aiming to elevate Pakistan’s IT exports.
The Pakistan-Qatar IT Conference commenced at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, Qatar, boasting a robust presence of Pakistani IT firms and local Qatari enterprises.
At the inauguration of this significant event, Dr. Umar Saif, the Caretaker Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, took the lead.
In his address during the Pakistan-Qatar IT Conference, Dr. Umar Saif presented Pakistan’s IT prowess to both corporate entities and government leaders in Qatar.
The visit, led by Dr. Umar Saif and the Pakistani delegation to Qatar, initiated with a gathering at the Pakistan embassy, witnessing the participation of the Pakistani community in Qatar alongside 30 premier IT companies from Pakistan.
This collaborative event was meticulously organized by the Pakistani Embassy, Pakistan Software Houses Association, and the Pakistan Business Council of Qatar.
