Independence Day Parade Scheduled for Tonight at PMA Kakul

ISLAMABAD: A military parade commemorating Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day is scheduled to take place at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, Tonight.

The parade is scheduled for the night of August 13 to 14. General Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), will be the esteemed guest of honor at this momentous celebration.

During the event, the cadets of Pakistan Military Academy will showcase their exceptional skills and expertise in a captivating display. A special tribute will be dedicated to the martyrs of Pakistan and their invaluable contributions to the nation.

This event will also serve as a powerful testament to Pakistan’s vibrant spirit, as the nation wholeheartedly celebrates its independence with unwavering zeal. The rallying cry, “Pakistan Hai To Hum Sub Hai,” will resonate throughout the event.

Meanwhile, across the country, enthusiastic preparations for Independence Day are in full swing. Main avenues, markets, and streets in cities and towns are abuzz with a multitude of stalls. These stalls proudly showcase an array of national flags, bunting, pin badges, green and white attire, toys, and various patriotic accessories.

Individuals are actively purchasing national flags, buntings, portraits of the founding fathers, as well as posters and banners to actively participate in the Independence Day celebrations. The atmosphere is brimming with patriotic fervor as the entire nation gears up to honor this significant occasion.
