Extends Independence Day greetings to the people of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: Marking Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day, Ambassador Muhammad Obaid Al Zabi of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) conveyed his privilege in celebrating this occasion alongside the Pakistani community.
Pakistan-UAE relations have flourished into an ideal state over the past few years, according to the UAE’s chief diplomat in Pakistan.
Ambassador Muhammad Obaid Al Zabi from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) expressed his honor in joining the Pakistani community to celebrate the occasion of Independence Day.
Muhammad Obaid Al Zabi said, “Our cooperation today has gone beyond economic matters.”
“I sincerely wish further progress and continued success for the people of Pakistan,” he further added.
On Independence Day and in the days ahead, the UAE envoy expressed his prayers for peace and prosperity.

Meanwhile, today, Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Nayef Al-Sudairi took on the additional role of a non-resident envoy to the Palestinians as he expanded his credentials.
A social media post by his embassy in Amman said “consul-general in Jerusalem” was now among Al-Sudairi’s duties.
