King and Queen carry out first engagement together since coronation:
King Charles and Queen Camilla made their first official royal engagement together since the coronation weekend, as they interacted with traders and members of the public at Covent Garden’s Apple Market in London.
The couple also greeted and waved to the large crowds that had gathered to see them.
In addition, they had the chance to interact with kids outside St. Paul’s Church, also known as the Actors’ Church, in honor of its 390th birthday.
The Queen greeted a group of children and shook their hands, exchanging a friendly “hello” with them.
Furthermore, she was spotted enjoying a chocolate-coated strawberry while visiting the market.
The King started the groundbreaking ceremony for a new laboratory in Cambridge last week as part of his first official engagement after being crowned.
The lab wants to hasten the process of making aviation net zero.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their first public appearance since the King’s coronation last night when they attended the Ms. Foundation for Women’s annual banquet.
