Marriyum Aurangzeb sees Imran’s arrest as solution to all problems

Marriyum Aurangzeb,  Minister for Information and Broadcasting, asserted that the country’s problems could be resolved by arresting Imran Khan.

She continued by saying that the former prime minister needed to pay for his part in fraudulent schemes against the country as a whole.

Additionally, Ms. Aurangzeb blamed Mr. Khan for inciting hatred and violence in society, saying that his “dirty mentality” was producing chaos and diverting attention away from the country’s needs for food, job, and business.

She also charged that the PTI leader encouraged radical views that result in mob lynchings.

‘Imran playing politics on Kashmir’

The minister charged that Mr. Khan had used Islam for “ulterior motives” and had politicised Kashmir and India.

Marriyum Aurangzeb accuses the PTI chief of creating intolerance in society

Ms. Aurangzeb accused Imran Khan of encouraging unrest during the visit of the Chinese foreign minister to Pakistan.

She said that Mr. Khan had called for violence and disorder after watching a video of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and King Charles, in reference to the demonstrations he had organised.

The minister stated that Mr. Khan was “wearing a black bucket on his head” and was therefore unable to view PM Shehbaz’s talks with foreign leaders, including the King.

Additionally, she charged Mr. Khan with utilising Islam for “ulterior motives” and pursuing political objectives in Kashmir and India.

After the successful visit of Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari to India for the SCO meeting and his appropriate reaction to his Indian counterpart, Ms. Aurangzeb said that Mr. Khan had lost his cool.

She also charged Mr. Khan with fomenting bigotry in the nation.

The minister recommended Mr. Khan present his case in court rather than inciting unrest on the streets.
