Will this PSL be different from the previous ones? The PSL has announced the line-up for the opening event of PSL 6 which is going to be held on February 20. The PSL 6 has already ignited interesting controversy about its theme song ‘Groove Mera’.
The performers of the event include the singers of the PSL 6 anthem, Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig, and Young Stunners.
Atif Aslam, Imran Khan and Humaima Malick are expected to perform on the event as well.
Unlike previous years, the opening ceremony for the PSL6 will be held in studio instead of stadium due to Covid restrictions. In fact, it’s in the lyrics of ‘Groove Mera’: “Aaj dekhe ga crowd mera groove TV pe” which translates to ‘the crowd will see my groove on TV today’.
People express their excitement about the opening ceremony performers, especially Atif Aslam is being looked forward.
On the other hand quashing the rumours of his performance on the event, Ali Zafar tweeted that he will not be the part of PSL opening ceremony.
