WhatsApp, the world’s most popular instant messaging app, has just introduced some exciting new features to its status function, giving users even more ways to express themselves.
WhatsApp, which has over a billion active users, is always coming up with innovative methods to keep its subscribers happy and engaged.
Audio messages have joined images and videos as permissible status content types in the most current status updates.
Furthermore, users may now respond to their friends’ status updates using one of eight available emojis, offering a new way to interact with them.
Another new WhatsApp feature, the “Private Audience Selector,” allows users to decide who may see their status updates.
Users may select their favourite persons while publishing a status, and those people will be selected automatically the next time they write a status.
People can also change their favourite list before publishing a new status.
The colours of the “Status Profiles” have also altered. Android users view their status profiles as green, but Apple users see them as blue.
When submitting a status, users may instantly view it by clicking on the circle that displays on someone’s profile image.
WhatsApp has simplified the process of previewing links submitted in status updates.
Users may now get a preview of the link when viewing a status, giving them information about the link’s content.
The combination of all of these new features provides WhatsApp users with a more dynamic and engaging status experience.
With so many various ways to express oneself, the possibilities are limitless.
