Ayesha Mano recently gained popularity after her dance on the song Dil Ye Pukare Aaja went viral.
She was invited to Nida Yasirโs show, which had a wedding preparation theme.
Her appearance on the show received a lot of flak after her viral video.
The social media influencer, Nida Yasir has already experienced a fair amount of moral policing and criticism.
Without mentioning her appearance on Good Morning Pakistan, arguably the most-watched morning TV programme in Pakistan, hosted by actress and host Nida Yasir, Ayesha’s journey would be incomplete.
Ayesha was invited to Nida Yasir’s show in accordance with an unspoken tradition of Pakistani reality television programmes, and she received harsh criticism for her antics.
Even though the harassment stopped, Nida chose not to address the backlash. She clarified in a recent interview, though, that it’s not her “fault” that she invited these “internet celebrities,” but rather the fault of those who make them famous overnight.
Ayesha’s dance on a remix of Lata Mangeshkar’s classic song Mera Dil Ye Pukary Aaja went viral.
Nida appeared with host Hassan Choudary on Express TV’s The Talk Talk Show, finally addressing the drama.
Nida stated: โNot everyoneโs going to like you โ be it your day-to-day life, people in school, college, or university. Either you have proper friends or people who simply donโt like you. Itโs part of life and you cannot make everyone happy. I saw this tweet by Shafaat when I called that famous TikToker Ayesha on my show and everyone came for me for not [inviting] those who have gotten a medal for something or someone with a list of achievements.โ
To clarify the situation further, Nida stated that she invited many accomplished people to her show, but they “never went viral” or brought in any ratings.
She asserted, โIโve invited eight to 10 people at a time to my show who do such unique things that leave you amazed. Look at the โpawri ho rahi haiโ girl and Zara who got a distinction.
I called both of them together on my show. Now tell me who do you know better? Where did Zara go? Itโs not my fault; itโs the people who are at fault.โ
She further added: โIf I bring well-educated people on my show, then you must watch it. Why donโt you? You saw that one show that I did on request of multiple people because nowadays people attach my photo with someone I donโt even know. Itโs the people who want it to happen and then they complain also.โ
