Former PPP lawmaker found dead in Islamabad guesthouse

According to the Police, Chaudhry Saeed, a former lawmaker for the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), was found dead in a guesthouse in Islamabad.

The body of the deceased former National Assembly member has been transported to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for medicolegal procedures in order to ascertain the actual cause of death.

The death’s cause is being looked into, according to the police.

Moreover, Chaudhry Saeed passed away from a cardiac arrest, according to the PPP Punjab chapter’s official Twitter account.

 “Time of his funeral prayer would be announced later,” PPP Punjab Tweeted.

, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari expressed his sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, In response to the tragic passing of the former PPP lawmaker.

Saeed Iqbal, who passed away, was described by Bilawal as an “asset” of the party and said that his absence would be felt forever. Bilawal praised the former MNA, saying that he had long served the party and the residents of his district.
