One of Three School-going Brothers crushed to death by a speeding truck

KARACHI: According to police sources, a truck crushed three brothers who were going to school in the port city, leaving one of them dead and the other two badly injured.

The accident took place as the three brothers were going to school on a  motorcycle near Baba Mor in Surjani Town, according to sources.

The three students were badly injured when a speeding truck struck them as they were travelling on the motorbike.

According to the sources, all of the minors were immediately taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where the two received medical attention and the doctors confirmed the boy’s death.

Azhar Asghar, 15, and Usman Asghar, 12, have been identified as the injured brothers, while Umar Asghar, 12, has been identified as the deceased.

According to police sources, the truck has been impounded after the driver fled the scene of the accident.
