Zeeshan Rokhri, a well-known Pakistani folk singer, was set to perform in Bradford, United Kingdom, but his performance was abruptly postponed due to a bomb threat.
The venue was reportedly packed and Rokhri was about to begin singing when a large group of police stormed in and interrupted the performance, according to the show’s organisers.
The police alerted the concert’s organisers to the possibility that a bomb had been planted at the location.
The programme did not resume, despite the organisers’ hopes that it would after the police finished their search operation.
They claimed that some neighbourhood event planners had hatched a plot against them.
When the show was cancelled, the audience objected and demanded a refund.
They claimed that poor management was to blame for everything, which embarrassed the singer as well.
The event’s organisers promised a refund.
