Punjab MPA Khurram Laghari Announces to part ways with PTI hours before long march

Khurram Sohail Khan Laghari, a PTI lawmaker in the Punjab Assembly, made the announcement on Thursday that he is leaving the Imran Khan-led party, even though the long march has not yet officially started and a day has passed since the press conference of DGS ISI and ISPR.

Five more MPAs, according to Laghari, have chosen to leave the PTI.

We were shown “something else,” but “something else” was actually seen, according to the MPA.

Before the party’s Azadi march, which is scheduled to start from Liberty Chowk today, MPA Khurram Sohail Laghari claimed that they had not been given their full trust.

He challenged Imran Khan, a former prime minister, to run against him in the election.

Laghari said, “It’s possible that we might also leave the assembly.” In the following three to four days, he added, they are most likely to resign from the Punjab Assembly.

Lahari voiced his concerns about the cabinet of the Punjab Assembly, saying that they ought to be aware of the standards for choosing ministers.

Laghari ran as an independent in the general elections of 2018. After the 2018 elections, he later merged with the PTI.

Usman Buzdar was in office when the PTI MPA was appointed to be the chief minister’s special assistant, but he was fired in 2020.

On the PTI’s ballot, he was chosen to represent Muzaffargarh as an MPA.

Lagahri promised a surprise during his press conference and added that he was no longer able to work for the PTI. He asserted that there will be other MPAs.
