On September 3rd, Actor Feroze Khan and his wife Syeda Aliza filed for divorce officially. The two are currently dealing with the necessary legal proceedings and were also recently seen in front of Karachi Court.
The victim allegedly suffered torture on July 7, 2020, leaving her with bruises all over her arm, according to the evidence she provided to the District and Sessions Courts Karachi East.
Aliza has also claimed that on May 10, 2021, Feroze tortured her.
According to the documents, Aliza received medical care at Jinnah Hospital as a result of the torture. Alizeh had signs of torture on her arms and waist.
Further hearing in this matter has been postponed by the court until November 1.
Remember that Aliza accused Feroze Khan, her ex-husband, of abuse and violence. She claimed that she had a difficult four-year marriage during which she had experienced torture, trauma, abuse, and betrayal. She continued by saying that she made the decision to get a divorce for the sake of her children’s future and financial security.
The custody issue involving the children of the former marriage is currently being heard in court.
Aliza posted a statement on Instagram on September 1, 2022, announcing her separation from her ex-husband.
