KARACHI: The city is still affected by a mosquito-borne disease, and over the previous day, 355 cases of the dengue virus have been registered there.
The Sindh Health Department reports that 355 dengue cases were reported in Karachi over the course of the last day, bringing the monthly total to 1,115 Cases.

The majority of these cases in the capital were reported at hospitals in the district of Korangi (112), followed by those in East (82), Central (58), Malir (44), South (40), West (11) and Keamari (eight).
Meanwhile, Hyderabad reported 34 cases of a disease spread by mosquitoes. Statistics from the Health Department show that as of this writing, Sindh had reported 9,595 dengue cases.
