The number of fatalities from flood-related incidents increased by at least three more during the past 24 hours, bringing the total across Balochistan to 304.
According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Balochistan, 304 individuals have died in the province as a result of rain- and flood-related incidents since June 1 of this year.
According to the PDMA report, three people recently passed away: a woman, a child, and a guy.
138 men, 74 women, and 92 children are listed as part of the total death toll in the PDMA report. Quetta reported up to 40 fatalities, Zhob reported 23, and Lasbela reported 21.
Throughout the province, at least 184 people were hurt in a variety of mishaps as it rained. The province-wide 72,235 homes were also affected by severe flooding. At the same time, flooding claimed roughly 305,155 animals.
Two lakh acres worth of crops has reportedly been destroyed so far, according to the PDMA. Additionally, the province has lost 24 bridges to flooding.
The tremendous flooding that occurred throughout the province, according to information provided by PDMA Balochistan, also had a significant impact on a number of roadways totaling 2,200 kilometres.
