At the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, BTS won the award for “Group of the Year” a record-breaking four times in a row. The 2018 Video Music Awards was place at New Jersey’s Prudential Center on August 28.
To those who are unaware, the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) is an annual awards ceremony broadcast on the cable channel MTV. In case you missed it, the South Korean superstars are all working on individual endeavors at the moment, so they skipped the award ceremony.
In addition to this, the group was also nominated for “Best Metaverse Performance,” “Best Visual Effects,” “Best Choreography,” and “Best K-Pop.”
Not only that but in addition to that, Jungkook was also nominated for the Left and Right collaboration that he did with Charlie Puth.
