Compared to men, female drivers are less likely to get involve in vehicle accidents

According to a recent study, women have faster response times than males, making them less likely to be involved in vehicle accidents.

Scientists at Newcastle University in England performed the study, which concluded that women drivers had more solid control of the wheel and engage in less reckless maneuvers than males.

There were 43 males and 33 women who participated in the research, according to The Times. Women were able to regain control of the vehicle more rapidly than men, according to the results. Taking control of a driverless vehicle women on average took 2 mins and 45 seconds and men on average required 2 mins and 63 seconds.

Currently, women are less likely to be engaged in a car accident than males, according to recent research.

However, women are more likely to fail their driving tests than males.
