Shahbaz Gill, a leader of the PTI, says that former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi got kickbacks and commissions from an Indian company. He says that the PML-N leader took Rs 140 million through TTs (Telegraphic Transfers).
Shahbaz Gill said at a news conference in Lahore on Sunday that when Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was minister of petroleum, he took Rs 140 million from an Indian company in the form of TTs.
Shahbaz Gill said that he has receipts for all of the transactions. Since we both have accounts at the same bank, he said, “I demand Shahid Khaqan to make public the details of his bank account.”
In response to the accusations, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi asked Shahbaz Gill to take him to court.
Shahid Khaqan also said, “The PTI’s “mudslinging brigade” was in power for four years and made up two cases against me.”
“Gill should file a petition against me if he has solid proof that the trash allegations are true,” he said.
