India’s Participation in the Mian Channu Crash, Says ISPR Director

“A high-speed flying object was detected in Indian territory on March 9 at 6:43 p.m.,” he stated. “It deviated from its original path and penetrated Pakistani territory, causing considerable damage to civilian facilities but no loss of life.”

On Thursday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General (DG) Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar conducted a news conference in Rawalpindi.
A “projectile,” which was first thought to be a private jet, crashed in Mian Channu on Wednesday night, prompting a news conference.
According to the official, the first tactical actions took place immediately and the Armed Forces will soon find out what happened.

“A high-speed flying object was detected in Indian territory on March 9 at 6:43 p.m.,” he stated. “It deviated from its original path and penetrated Pakistani territory, causing considerable damage to civilian facilities, but no loss of life.”

“Civilians in Pakistan and India were put in danger by the flight route. A serious aircraft accident might have occurred from this, ” he added, noting that this reflects ill on Indian aviation.

ISPR called it a “flagrant breach” of international law.

Initially, it was thought a private small plane crashed on Thursday during a normal flight in Mian Channu, a hamlet in Punjab’s Khanewal district. This was according to speculations that arose before the DG ISPR made his pronouncement about the tragedy. The jet was undergoing standard training when it crashed near Toll Plaza in Mian Channu, according to reports at the time. These reports were, of course, incorrect.
