The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is resuming from today (Aug 30) issuance of visas to vaccinated tourists from across the world.
Thus, after Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman have announced resumption of tourist visas, saying goodbye to 18-month long Covid restrictions which have paralysed economy everywhere.
According to WAM news agency of UAE, the United Arab Emirates will resume issuing tourist visas to vaccinated travellers from Aug. 30, 2021.

The decision also covered people coming in from countries from which the UAE had previously barred entry. In those cases, visitors would have to take a COVID-19 test on arrival, it added.
UAE has currently recorded 715,394 cases of the virus, with 2,036 deaths as of Saturday.
The United Arab Emirates is organising a six months long mega exhibition “UAE-2020” and resumption of visa services will facilitate people living in different countries in the world to participate in the expo that aims at boosting economic activities in UAE.
