Police in Qila Deedar Singh have registered a case against singer and TikToker, Samina Parizad, following allegations of sexual harassment and related offences. Lady Police official Hina Mazhar filed the complaint.
She accused the singer of misconduct during what she described as a previously friendly relationship. According to the first information report (FIR), the complainant alleged that she was invited to Parizad’s residence in the Mohalla Barkat Pura area, where she was given a substance that left her semi-conscious.
Furthermore, the complainant claimed that she was subjected to further abuse while incapacitated and later blackmailed using recorded material. She also alleged that the situation escalated over several weeks, during which she was confined and denied contact with others.
Following the complaint, local police initiated an investigation and registered a formal case. Officials stated that evidence, including digital material, has been recovered from the suspect’s mobile device.
Additionally, investigators are examining whether the case involves multiple victims, as suggested by preliminary findings.
Meanwhile, authorities emphasised that the investigation remains ongoing and that all allegations will be examined in accordance with the law. They added that further details will emerge as inquiries progress.
The case has drawn significant attention in the local community and on social media, where the accused has a large following. However, police urged the public to avoid speculation and allow due process to take its course.
Qila Deedar Singh police have pledged to conduct a transparent investigation and promised justice with the victim, who is also a police official.
