The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced plans to upgrade the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and the Lahore City Cricket Association (LCCA) ground, aiming to provide modern facilities and enhance player development. The PCB has issued a public advertisement inviting firms to submit bids for the construction work, with applications open until January 30.
The upgrade of the NCA will include the construction of new rooms equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for players. Additionally, the players’ and administrative blocks will be modernized, and training facilities will be enhanced to support advanced coaching and fitness programs.

Alongside the NCA improvements, the LCCA ground will also undergo a contemporary upgrade. Sources reveal that the governing board has approved redesigning the ground in the style of an oval cricket stadium, aiming to meet international standards for hosting domestic and potential international matches.
The renovation will modernize seating, pitch areas, and other essential amenities to create a more professional environment for players and spectators alike.
