Wagner Moura was named Best Male Actor in a Drama for The Secret Agent, which also won Best Non-English Language Film.
The Best Comedy or Musical award went to One Battle After Another, a strong contender throughout the evening. Paul Thomas Anderson had a remarkable night, winning both Best Director and Best Screenplay for the same film. Supporting acting honors were awarded to Stellan Skarsgård for Sentimental Value and Teyana Taylor for One Battle After Another.
In technical categories, Ludwig Göransson won Best Original Score for Sinners, which also took home the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement award. KPop Demon Hunters was recognized as Best Animated Film and earned Best Original Song for “Golden.”
On the television side, The Pitt secured Best Drama Series, with Noah Wyle winning Best Male Actor in a Drama. Rhea Seehorn won Best Female Actor in a Drama for Pluribus. The Studio was named Best Comedy or Musical Series, while Seth Rogen and Jean Smart won acting honors in comedy categories for The Studio and Hacks, respectively.
Adolescence was one of the night’s biggest winners, earning Best Limited Series along with acting awards for Owen Cooper, Erin Doherty, and Stephen Graham. Michelle Williams won Best Female Actor in a Limited Series for Dying for Sex. Ricky Gervais received the award for Best Performance in Stand-Up Comedy on Television, and Good Hang with Amy Poehler won Best Podcast.
