Fresh leaks have given us the first clear look at the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, revealing its design ahead of launch. Trusted tipster Steve โOnLeaksโ Hemmerstoffer, in collaboration with Android Headlines, has shared detailed renders showing the mid-range phone from multiple angles.
According to the leaked images, the Galaxy A56 5G retains a familiar Samsung design language. The phone features flat edges, a flat display, rounded corners, and a center-aligned punch-hole camera, closely resembling the Galaxy A55 5G. Samsungโs distinctive Key Island on the right side also returns, housing the power and volume buttons.
New Unified Camera Housing
The most noticeable design change appears on the back. Unlike the Galaxy A55, which had three separate camera cutouts, the Galaxy A56 5G adopts a single camera housing that encloses all three rear cameras. This design shift aligns with previously leaked renders of the Galaxy A26 and Galaxy A36, suggesting Samsung is moving toward a more unified look across its next-generation Galaxy A lineup.
Faster Charging and Camera Tweaks Expected
Beyond design, recent regulatory listings hint at a major upgrade: 45W wired fast charging. If confirmed, this would be a significant improvement over the Galaxy A55 and even outperform the Galaxy S24 in charging speed.
In terms of photography, reports suggest the Galaxy A56 5G will use the same rear camera hardware as the A55, but with an upgraded front-facing selfie camera.
