Pakistan’s stuntman and world record holder Sultan Muhammad Golden set two new world records during a spectacular stunt show in Quetta, Balochistan, on Saturday. The motorsport event drew large crowds eager to witness Golden’s record-breaking feats firsthand.
Golden first set a world record by completing a one-mile reverse drive in just 57 seconds, surpassing the previous record of one minute and 15 seconds set by an American stuntman in 2022.
Spectators erupted in applause as the timing was confirmed, marking the fastest ever long-distance reverse drive recorded globally. The stunt demonstrated Golden’s exceptional precision, control, and mastery of high-speed driving in reverse, a feat requiring extreme focus and skill.
Not content with a single record, Golden returned to the track to attempt another world record. He successfully completed a reverse ramp jump covering a distance of 121.72 feet, comfortably exceeding the previous record of 89 feet 3.25 inches.
The successful jump further impressed fans and solidified Golden’s status as one of the world’s top stunt performers. Applause and cheers echoed through the stadium as Golden landed the jump flawlessly, showcasing both courage and technical prowess.
Following the event, Balochistan Chief Minister and Governor met Sultan Golden to congratulate him on his remarkable achievements. Political leaders praised his determination, talent, and contribution to putting Pakistan on the global motorsport and stuntman map.
Golden’s dual-record performance not only entertained the audience but also highlighted the potential for stunt sports in Pakistan, inspiring young motorsport enthusiasts to pursue extreme sports safely and professionally.
