US President Donald Trump’s 28-point proposal to end Russia’s war in Ukraine has been presented in Kyiv. The draft offers conditions largely favourable to Russia and calls for Ukraine to make major concessions. It proposes limits on Ukraine’s military strength, restrictions on NATO expansion, and territorial adjustments.
