Luxury brew features rare Geisha beans from Panama
Dubai-based Roasters Specialty Coffee House has made headlines by serving the world’s most expensive cup of coffee, priced at a staggering 2,500 dirhams (approximately $680 USD). This lavish brew isn’t just about taste—it’s a premium experience from bean to cup.
The coffee is made from Panamanian Geisha beans, considered among the rarest and highest-quality in the world. These beans were exclusively sourced from the Esmeralda farm in Panama, a name synonymous with elite coffee production. Known for their complex aroma and floral notes, Geisha beans are often sold at auctions for thousands of dollars per kilogram.
Crafted with precision, served with style
The brewing process behind this record-breaking cup is as meticulous as it is innovative. The coffee is hand-prepared using a temperature-controlled modern kettle, a custom dripper, and freshly ground beans, ensuring precision in flavor extraction.
Even the presentation elevates the experience. The coffee is served on a designer table imported from Japan, emphasizing attention to detail and aesthetic appeal. The entire setup transforms a simple beverage into a luxury ritual.
Beyond the price tag, the brand highlights the health benefits of black coffee, citing its rich antioxidant profile and potential wellness perks.
This world record reflects a shifting culture in coffee consumption, where people are willing to pay not just for premium beans but for a curated, immersive coffee experience.
