The wait is finally over for Apple enthusiasts in Pakistan as the much-anticipated iPhone 17 series has officially launched nationwide. Mercantile, Apple’s sole authorized distributor in the country, confirmed that the entire lineup is now available across its partner network.
All models are PTA-approved and ready for use with local networks, eliminating the need for customers to pay extra charges for PTA registration. Buyers will also enjoy official warranty and after-sales support when purchasing through authorized channels, ensuring reliability and peace of mind.
The iPhone 17 series introduces four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the ultra-slim iPhone Air. Prices in Pakistan begin at PKR 399,000 for the iPhone 17 (256GB) and go up to PKR 898,500 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max (2TB).
The iPhone 17 Pro starts at PKR 520,500, while the iPhone Air begins at PKR 480,000, giving consumers a range of choices depending on storage capacity and performance needs.
Design-wise, Apple continues to refine its aesthetics, offering Ceramic Shield 2 protection, USB-C ports, and IP68 water resistance across all models.
The displays vary between 6.3 inches on the iPhone 17 and Pro models and 6.9 inches on the Pro Max, with adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rates and sharp 460ppi resolution.
Performance is driven by Apple’s latest chips — the A19 Bionic in the iPhone 17 and the A19 Pro in the Air and Pro variants, delivering enhanced speed, GPU performance, and thermal management.
Camera upgrades include advanced telephoto lenses in the Pro models and an 18MP front camera with Center Stage across the lineup.
Battery life has been improved, offering up to 39 hours on the iPhone 17 Pro Max. All models support fast charging, MagSafe, eSIM functionality, and 5G optimized for Pakistan’s networks. With these upgrades, Apple’s iPhone 17 series sets a new benchmark in design, performance, and user experience for Pakistani consumers.
