The pledge was made during a high-level meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State in Tianjin, China, held on Sunday.
The two leaders reviewed the current status of Pakistan-Turkiye relations and expressed satisfaction with the growing momentum across multiple sectors. Both sides appreciated the consistent high-level exchanges and broadening collaboration in political, economic, defense, and security arenas.
