As reported by Gulf News, an autopsy is yet to be conducted, but preliminary findings suggest that cardiac arrest was the likely cause of death. Mumbai Police confirmed there were no signs of foul play, indicating that her death appears to be from natural causes.
According to initial reports, Jariwala experienced severe chest pain and collapsed at her residence. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Alarming Rise in Cardiac Deaths Among Young Adults
Health experts have raised concerns about a worrying surge in cardiac incidents among younger individuals. Contributing factors include unmanaged high cholesterol, chronic stress, smoking, and hereditary heart conditions.
In the United Arab Emirates, cardiovascular diseases remain one of the top causes of death and disability. These conditions can lead to life-threatening complications such as heart failure, heart attacks, strokes, sudden cardiac arrest, and aneurysms.
Dr. Krishna Sarin M. S. Nair, an interventional cardiologist at Aster Hospital in Qusais, Dubai, emphasized the role of stress in triggering cardiac events.
“Acute stress can lead to heart attacks or cardiac arrest, especially following excessive physical exertion or extreme emotional distress, such as profound grief or anger,” he explained.
