In a powerful display of dedication and national pride, six twin brothers from Saudi Arabia are volunteering during Hajj 2025, playing a crucial role in assisting pilgrims through their involvement in the scouting movement.
These young men have chosen scouting not just as an activity but as a fundamental way of life, rooted in humanitarian service and a deep sense of responsibility. Their participation in this year’s Hajj underscores a long-term commitment to voluntary work that goes beyond seasonal efforts.
Affiliated with the Civil Development Association and operating through the Public Service Camps, these twin scouts are working tirelessly to provide essential services to pilgrims, ensuring a safe, smooth, and spiritually fulfilling experience.
The dedicated twin teams include:
- Hussam and Issam Saeed Al-Qarni
- Azzam and Ammar Suleiman Al-Sulaiman
- Walid and Muhannad Abdul-Hakim Al-Otaibi
Each pair brings a unique synergy to their work, with a shared goal of making public service a lifelong mission. Their presence among the sea of worshippers highlights the spirit of unity, selflessness, and teamwork that scouting instills.
“For us, scouting is more than an activity; it’s a way of life,” said Hussam and Issam. “We serve Hajj pilgrims out of genuine love for our country and its sacred duty.”
Azzam and Ammar reflected on the personal impact of their service: “This experience has strengthened our bond as brothers and taught us the importance of respect and cooperation in everything we do.”
Meanwhile, Walid and Muhannad emphasized the practical lessons they’ve gained: “Assisting pilgrims has taught us valuable skills in crowd management and crisis response. It’s a training ground for leadership and discipline.”
Throughout the pilgrimage, these twin scouts are actively engaged in guiding pilgrims, offering directions, helping the elderly, distributing water, and ensuring overall safety and order.
Their unwavering commitment embodies the values of compassion, sacrifice, and civic duty — an inspiring example of youth leadership in service to faith and nation.
