ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has launched a dedicated helpline to provide Hajj pilgrims with up-to-date information on their flight schedules, following instructions from Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf.
Ministry spokesperson Muhammad Umar Butt announced that pilgrims can contact the helpline at 051-9216980 for real-time updates and travel assistance throughout the Hajj operation.
Supervised by Director IT Jameel-ur-Rehman, the helpline will operate 24/7 in two shifts to ensure continuous support. Hafiz Majid will oversee the first shift and can be reached at +92-332-4509868, while Assistant Director Malik Asad will manage the second shift and is available at +92-321-5365023.
Pilgrims are also encouraged to stay in touch with their respective Haji camps for further coordination.
The ministry confirmed on April 26 that all preparations for the 2025 Hajj operation have been finalized. The first government-sponsored Hajj flight departed on April 29, with the final flight scheduled for May 31.
A total of 342 flights will carry 89,000 pilgrims from Pakistan to Makkah and Madina. The Hajj operation will last 33 days, with most pilgrims flying to Madina during the initial 15 days.
