Turkish naval ship TCG BÜYÜKADA arrived at Karachi Port on Sunday for a goodwill visit, marking another step in the ongoing maritime cooperation between Pakistan and Türkiye.
According to a press release from the Directorate General Public Relations (Pakistan Navy), the ship received a warm welcome upon arrival, with officials from both the Turkish and Pakistan Navies present to greet the visiting crew. The arrival was also reported by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), the country’s state-run news agency.
During its stay in Karachi, the crew of TCG BÜYÜKADA is scheduled to participate in a range of professional engagements with Pakistan Navy personnel. These interactions aim to foster deeper mutual understanding and enhance operational coordination between the two navies.
The visit is described as a reflection of the strong and growing maritime ties between Pakistan and Türkiye.
