Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Yadea has expanded its presence in Pakistan with the launch of four new electric vehicles, including three scooters – the GT30, GT60, and Ezeego – as well as a three-wheeled vehicle, the C16. The launch event, held in Lahore, highlights Yadea’s commitment to the rapidly growing e-scooter market in Pakistan.
Among the new models, the GT30 is the only one with a publicly disclosed price, set at Rs. 189,000. It comes equipped with a 1000W motor, a 60V23Ah Graphene battery, LED lighting, hydraulic shock absorption, and pedal assist, making it a versatile and efficient choice for riders.
The GT60, available in two variants and in grey, white, and black, offers additional options for customers, though detailed specifications were not provided at the launch.
The Ezeego model impresses with its 72V38Ah Graphene battery, 1.2kW rated / 2.4kW max continuous motor, a claimed range of 102 km per charge, and a top speed of 45 km/h. It’s available in a range of colors including ash grey, jet black, fiery red, arctic white, and amethyst purple.
For those seeking a more compact option, the three-wheeled C16 offers a 72V23Ah battery, a 650W motor, a top speed of 26 km/h, and a range of 70 km per charge.
Yadea already offers the G5, Ruibin, and T5 e-scooters in Pakistan, and this expansion signals the company’s confidence in the increasing demand for electric two-wheelers in the country, driven by factors such as cost-effectiveness and a rising number of female riders. With this move, Yadea is positioning itself for long-term success in Pakistan’s electric mobility market.
