Sheikh Waqas Akram has been appointed as the new central information secretary of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), replacing Raoof Hassan. This decision was announced in separate notifications issued on Thursday by PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar.
According to the party’s press release, the appointments were made at the direction of PTI founder Imran Khan. Raoof Hassan will now head the PTI Policy Think Tank.
