Fire Erupts at Tarbela Ghazi Grid Station

Authorities have reported that a team has been dispatched from Abbottabad following a sudden fire at the Tarbela Ghazi Grid Station in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The blaze quickly spread to the grid station’s main power lines.

As a result, four feeders—Ghazi One, Ghazi Two, Jhamra, and Siri Kot—tripped, leading to a total power outage in the area.

Efforts to restore power are now underway.
