The ECP emphasized that the heads of political parties must file their Consolidated Statement of Accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, using Form-D. This is in accordance with Section 210 of the Elections Act, 2017, along with Section 204 of the Act and Rules 159 & 160 of the Election Rules, 2017.

The statement should detail annual income and expenses, sources of funds, assets, and liabilities.
Form-D can be obtained free of charge from the Election Commission Secretariat in Islamabad or from the offices of Provincial Election Commissioners in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan. It is also available on the ECP’s website. The completed form must include an attested copy of the Membership/Certificate from ICAP for the auditor, along with the latest valid renewal certificate.
The statement should be addressed to the Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad, and delivered through a party official authorized by the party head as per Rule 156 of the Election Rules, 2017.
