Pakistan’s hopes of advancing to the Super 8 stage depend on an Ireland victory. However, a washout would eliminate Pakistan from the Super 8 contention. Fortunately, current weather conditions have reduced the chances of a washout.
The weather forecast is favorable, with only a 20% chance of rain during the game, though this probability will rise to 30% around noon.
The match is scheduled to start at 10:30 am local time (7:30 pm Pakistan Standard Time).
