Barrett Blade, the spouse of adult film actress Stormy Daniels, disclosed their future intentions regarding what his wife would do if Donald Trump is not found guilty in the hush money trial the former president is currently facing in New York.
Donald Trump was charged in March last year for purportedly falsifying commercial records to issue a payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels in 2016, aimed at silencing her about the former presidentโs alleged extramarital sexual encounter in 2006.
Barrett Blade informed CNN on Tuesday, stating, “Regardless of the outcome, I don’t foresee an improvement in her situation. If there’s a ‘not guilty’ verdict, we’ll have to consider our options. There’s a strong likelihood we may choose to leave this country.”
Blade, who is also an adult film performer, continued, “I view it as a lose-lose scenario. Even if Trump were to be found guilty, Daniels would probably still encounter hostility from his supporters.”
The 50-year-old celebrity remarked, “We’re eager to move forward with our lives. She’s keen on putting this behind her. We simply want to engage in what could be considered normal activities, but I’m uncertain if that will ever be possible, you know, and it’s heartbreaking.”
Last week, Daniels testified in court, unveiling startling details about her encounter with Trump.
Citing concerns for her safety, her attorney disclosed that Daniels wore a bulletproof vest during her court appearance.
“She was gripped by fear โ not of testifying or sharing her story, but of potential threats,” stated her attorney, Clark Brewster, adding, “I share those concerns genuinely.”
